Refund/Cancellation Policy: We want you to have a great experience at HEAVENLY DRIPS dba HEAVENLY DRIPS AND BODY. We can only give you that experience if you show up for your scheduled appointment!
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online at your convenience through following the link on the email you received, or please call us at 210-201-7035.
Please understand that a no call/no show takes an appointment away from someone who really wanted to come in and enjoy the exceptional care that goes into a visit at HEAVENLY DRIPS AND BODY.
A deposit is required at the time of booking. All Deposits are non refundable. Clients are eligible for a one time transfer of deposit if given a 24-hour notice of cancellation.
Please give a 24-hour notice in order to receive a full refund. Any cancellations less than 24 hours but greater than 12 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of $50. This includes a restocking fee. Any cancellations less than 12 hours will not receive a refund.
Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may lead to denied future bookings. Clients arriving late may have their session shortened to accommodate the next scheduled client.
Cancellation Policy For Post Operative Care Packages. If the Client has paid for or any part of a planned service and the scheduled procedure/appointment is cancelled by the surgeon/physician, a full refund minus a portion of deposit (the good faith exam fee)will be given back to the Client within 10 days of the cancellation. There will be a 25% charge for cancellation 7 days or less prior to service date (if not cancelled by surgeon/physician). Cancellation letter from physician is required for full refund. There are no refunds once package services are initiated and completed.
Booking Policy
To ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate the needs of all clients, Heavenly Drips and Body has established the following policies:
-Photo ID submissions is required to book all services.

Travel Fee
Heavenly Drips and Body offers mobile services. We travel in the San Antonio area and surrounding cities. A travel fee will be assessed if you reside more than 20 miles from 78251 zip code and is $1 per mile, it must be paid at or before the time of service.
* Please allow a 2hr window for arrival time (ex: Booked for 10AM. Window is 10AM-12PM)*
It is our provider's responsibility to keep each client up to date on arrival / travel times. Because weather conditions and traffic are unpredictable, we allow two hour grace time for our provider.
Pet Policy
To keep our staff safe, we ask that you keep ALL pets in a designated area.
